Rise and Tell: A Business Storytelling Workshop for Women 📅 28-29 September (Sat-Sun) 🕰️ 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM 📍 Bangalore Ladies, there has never been a more important time to share our work stories. For so long, many of us have been taught that our work will speak for itself. But the truth is, our work doesn’t have vocal cords—we do. In a world where voices often compete to be heard, it’s crucial that women rise and tell their stories with courage and clarity. Your story isn’t just about what you do, but about who you are, the journey you’ve traveled, and the impact you are creating. It’s time to claim space in rooms where decisions are made, to show up in your power, and ensure that your voice is part of shaping the future. This two-day workshop is designed to give you the tools and confidence to transform your experiences into compelling stories that inspire, influence, and lead. Whether you're a leader, a professional, an entrepreneur, or just starting your career journey, this is your moment to rise and tell your story. Men, if you think any woman in your life needs this, please tag them. Come join us in Bangalore for two days of connection, reflection, and transformation. Click on the link below for more information and for filling up the form to show your intent. 😊 https://lnkd.in/guRJGyGZ

I’ve spent years in the boardroom making strategic decisions, setting goals, and measuring outcomes. It’s clear to me that many of the skills I used to succeed in business—like setting standards, defining goals, and measuring returns—can also be applied to our personal relationships. That’s why I’m excited to share insights from my book, The Right Man Business Plan for Women, and a new series here on LinkedIn. I’ll explore how the same strategic thinking that fuels success in business can bring clarity and fulfillment to your personal lives. Let me know your thoughts on why you think some smart people make dumb relationship choices. #Business #Relationships #RightManBusinessPlanForWomen

Whenever I talk to women and mention that I help build strategic brands around expertise, the reaction is almost always the same: curiosity. But then, I see the wheels start turning. And 90% of the time, what comes next is: 'I have no idea what my unique expertise is—or if there's anything unique about me at all.' Sound familiar? Maybe it's that quiet voice that pops up now and then, whispering, 'There's nothing special about you.' I get it—I hear that voice sometimes too. But I tell it to shut up. And, surprisingly, it listens. 😉 Here's what I know: Everyone has unique expertise. It's something only you have—shaped by everything you've learned, all your experiences, successes and failures. It's reflected in how you think, solve problems, and who you've become. Stop underestimating what you bring to the table. You're capable of far more than you think. #brandstrategy #visiblewomen #expertbranding

I love making women rich. My marketing team, hates that this is what we provide and what we love most. Why? Because they say it's not marketable. I don't care. You know what I love about the market? It doesn't care either. But, I do believe women care. Truly, it's my favorite thing. If you ever ask me what I do, my face will bust into confetti expressing this to you. It's an instinct. A calling. A life purpose. A deep seated need that burns through my chest out of my soul. Most women who run businesses are struggling. Between the juggle of carrying the family, endless business tasks, waking up in the middle of the night with to dos sweating down their forehead and desiring to represent their company the way they truly yearn to. But, feel there's this huge gap between where they want to be, and what they are doing. We often say things like, "well, I'm just not there yet" or "it'll come soon" and rely on these 11:11 notifications to tell us we are on the right path. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm a spiritual baddie. But, this isn't the way. It's time to turn it up and create consistency in our businesses. It's time for us to really sweep the market, and not because we are women. But because what you have is something special, indispensably unique and the world would benefit with having more of you in it. Let's pivot the conversation toward unparalleled growth and self-fulfillment. There are game-changing options in the Reignite program by RiseReignRule, where personalized, high-impact coaching meets the transformative power of Al and automation technologies. Tailored for high achieving women, this program is a gateway to magnifying ROl, skyrocketing satisfaction, and mastering a life marked by ease and contentment. Top 5 Takeaways for Women CEOs Here's the top 5 takeaways from the Empowered CEO to inspire women CEOs who want to grow their businesses, based on the information in the sources: 1️⃣ Cultivate a CEO Mindset: You are the leader of your business, so embrace that identity and think big! Don't be afraid to make bold decisions and go after what you want. This includes charging what you're worth and recognizing your value as a CEO. 2️⃣ Don't Be Afraid to Niche Down: You can't be everything to everyone. Identify your ideal client and focus your marketing on reaching them. This includes understanding their needs, desires, and pain points. 3️⃣ Prioritize Building Relationships: Customers are more likely to do business with brands they trust. Invest the time to understand the psychology of your customer and build genuine relationships. Focus on adding value and demonstrating how you can help them achieve their goals. 4️⃣ Focus on Impact Over Income: Instead of chasing viral moments or quick wins, focus on creating content and offers that deliver tangible value and make a real impact. This will lead to sustainable business growth and a loyal customer base. Ask yourself, "What is the impact I want to make?" and let that guide your business decisions. 5️⃣ Leverage AI Strategically: Embrace AI as a powerful tool that can enhance your expertise and streamline your business operations, but don't let it replace your unique skills and insights. Use AI for market research, content creation, and automation, but remember that you are the expert in your field. If you found value, repost & share 😍 #womeninai

How often do we get out of our comfort zones and involve ourselves in new opportunities? 🤔 Maybe not as often as we should. Recently, I was approached by the Visionary Women Circle to join a panel discussion. The topics to choose from were: Innovation in Business: Navigating Disruption and Staying Ahead Artificial Intelligence and Automation: Impacts on Business Operations and Workforce The Power of Branding: Building and Maintaining a Strong Brand Identity Sustainability in Business: Balancing Profit with Environmental Responsibility Empowering Women in STEM Entrepreneurship: Breaking the Gender Barrier While I am well-versed in the first two and the fourth topics, the third and fifth were new to me. Branding is something I am very passionate about and have been diving deeply into these days, so I chose "The Power of Branding." 🌟 We had an excellent live-stream panel today, and I thoroughly enjoyed discussing: Understanding Branding Establishing a Strong Brand Identity Maintaining Brand Identity Preparing for this discussion taught me a lot. 📚 This experience might just be the inspiration for my next detailed post. Stay tuned! Thank you Swpna Kulkarnii for moderating the discussion and my co-panelist Dr. Priti Yamdagni. I thank AKSHAYA DHANASEKAR for coordinating and Dhivya Sriram for recommending my name for the Panel discussions. #Branding #Marketing #PersonalGrowth #Innovation #Leadership #WomenInBusiness #WomenInSTEM #Sustainability #AI #Automation #CustomerExperience #VisionaryWomenCircle #Learning #Growth #PanelDiscussion
