Not every day you say how much you love your company. I’m going to list seven things I love about Gett. #Gett 1. Company spirits - When the war started, Gett came up with two initiatives to help citizens and soldiers. My team - R&D group that creates the Driver and Rider applications, your team is all that important in your working life. Intelligent people - kind ones, when you have a question, everybody is there to help you. 3. Managers- When I started working in Gett I immediately noticed that all the managers were trying their best to make their team happy. Not a cliche. From personal to professional, lines are clear - they are there to help you progress and develop with the understanding that there is a human being and not a machine. This is why Gett's work-life balance should be taught to other companies. 4. External Cycles - external teams working together to achieve tasks. Designers, Product & Project managers are the most experienced and professional people I've ever worked with. 5. Gett the tech world shared by our team https://lnkd.in/d_zVjX5p Stories, tips, thoughts, code, product, design, methodologies, and experimentations from the day-to-day work of our teams. 6.HR - They care about the workers, especially in this time of war. Keeping in touch with the workers - they do not just listen to every personal issue you have; they do actions. 7. I have an FB group -https://lnkd.in/deUqnvTv that has 45k women; her goal is to help women get into the tech industries. Gett hosts our meetup and assists in helping the group grow, not because I asked to but because they asked to. Link in first comment
