Consultants, what if, out of EVERYONE who does what you do, you could absolutely own the space you occupy in the industry? Meaning, what if you could be known as the expert in what you do? That’s what we’re talking about in this week’s podcast episode: https://lnkd.in/eJUcpuAX It’s actually possible for you, and it’s possible for the woman I’m talking to in today’s podcast episode, but there’s one thing standing in her way (and maybe yours too)... Dialing in your messaging to truly own that space. And that’s what you’ll hear in today’s podcast episode. I’m talking to a woman who’s a leadership coach and, as you’ll hear, there’s one thing standing in the way of her truly owning her space (no spoilers - you’ll have to listen to it!). In this 26-minute episode, you’ll hear: - What to do when you truly want to focus on one set of clients, but you’re afraid of alienating everyone else - How to find commonalities when you work with multiple clients - Why, when you’re working on a big problem, sometimes you have to let up a bit And you’ll hear us live-workshop her messaging and get to something that’s clear, compelling, and focused on her value. Listen to Ep 10: “How to truly connect with your clients” on Apple Podcasts or your favorite podcast platform. – On a scale of 1-5, how hard is it to work on your OWN messaging? How hard is it to work on someone ELSE’S messaging? 😀 – P.S. Like this episode? Share it with another woman business owner! #consultants #podcast #womeninbusiness #womenoflinkedin #womenentrepreneurs

What podcasts would you recommend? There’s a series that really sticks out to me. The Diary of a CEO. I listen to all his podcasts; I love his views on leadership and emotional intelligence. This podcast always makes me think about my own views and thoughts, along with strengthening my own beliefs. I love listening to podcasts, especially those focused on leadership, marketing, and business development instead of sales. There’s a lot to learn from them. Which is why I am looking for recommendations. I already listen to Uncensored CMO and Steven Bartlett’s podcasts; is there any others you would recommend? PS To check out my podcast (Pictures below), which is all about boosting occupancy, click one of the links in the comments below. In our latest episode, we are delighted to have Honor Barratt, CEO of Birchgrove, as our guest speaker. #Podcasts #Leadership #Marketing #Sales #LaterLiving
