TalentOmni’s Post

A few DMs arrived. "I'm interested but why does it take 3 hours to create a CV?" Truth be told. I do it in 30 minutes. But it has limited bite unless your original copy is filled with meaningful content. What 30 minutes produced is a CV that is ATS friendly and aesthetically pleasing. In short, it covers the ATS requirement for keywords, and it is visually pleasing to inspire the reader to draw in. The remaining 2.5 hours is researching and recalling what you achieved in terms of milestones and WHY these milestones matter to your job application. You can't fake these. That's why and where most people fizzle out because it takes intensity to extract the essence from your work. A CV works like a book. Some are best sellers and some are just there on the shelves. It's what you put into it. I teach people how to do that and if they want speed, I do the heavy lifting first but every client will walk away not just with a piece of improved CV but the understanding of how to sell their relevance and spark on paper. DM to work together. (Image Credit: StandOut CV) #CV #Resume
