**COMPANY HIRING TRENDS** 1. Electrical engineers & automation engineers: Due to innovation demand and need for more economical and ecological processes, more clients are looking for experienced electrical engineers. If you are not getting exposure to highly technical projects or want to be working on more challenging projects, you may want to rethink your career, THEY ARE OUT THERE! 2. Technically focused sales staff: In an aim to provide a more tailored and streamlined sales approach to customers, having sales managers/engineers with a background in engineers/chemistry etc is more sought after. You can not only build customer bases and increase revenue for the business, but can assist and still remain technical for design or product development. For the engineers who want more contact with clients, this could be a great market opportunity for you. 3. Network is key: In a time when hiring is not at its peak and competition for customers is at an all time high, clients are still open for conversations if you can bring value to the business. Roles are constantly being created for the right person so if you are unsure your ideal role exists, please reach out - you'll be surprised at what is out there. #water #wastewater #hiring #careers

Cable engineers are the backbone of modern telecommunications, networking, and electrical systems. Their expertise is essential for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of cables crucial for connectivity in our digital world. ⠀ Resilience in Demand Despite economic fluctuations, the demand for cable engineers remains steadfast. Industries such as telecommunications, internet service providers, and data centers rely heavily on their skills to maintain and expand their infrastructure. ⠀ Diverse Opportunities One of the most attractive aspects of a career in cable engineering is its versatility. Cable engineers can find opportunities in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, cable TV, utilities, and government agencies. ⠀ Long-Term Stability The need for reliable connectivity will only continue to grow, ensuring that cable engineers will remain in demand for the foreseeable future. This long-term stability offers a sense of security in an otherwise volatile job market. ⠀ Adaptability to Change Moreover, cable engineers are not immune to technological advancements. As new technologies emerge, such as fiber optics and high-speed data transmission protocols, cable engineers adapt and innovate, ensuring their skills remain relevant in an ever-changing landscape. ⠀ In conclusion, amidst economic uncertainty, a career as a cable engineer shines brightly as a stable and rewarding choice. I am writing this comment to share my own interview Experience in 2021 in Voltech Groups. This scenario outlines a work culture that imposes some concerning and restrictive conditions on employees. Here's a breakdown of the points that raise red flags: 1. Five-Year Bond & Holding of Degree Certificate. 2. Requiring a training fee of ₹25,000. 3. Low Salary with Restrictions: ₹15,000 per month, food and accommodation they will provide. 4. No Leaves for One Year 5. Medical and Life Insurance as a Bare Minimum Overall Thoughts: As a fresh graduate attending this interview in 2021, I experienced firsthand how these exploitative terms make engineers feel trapped. The terms and conditions listed suggest a highly exploitative work culture that takes advantage of job seekers, especially those who might be in a vulnerable position. This approach undermines employee rights and dignity, reflective of modern-day "slavery-like" practices where companies prioritize their control over employees rather than fostering a fair and motivating work environment. Such practices can have detrimental effects on both employee morale and the overall reputation of the company.
