We joined 71,000 participants in Lisbon, pitched among 105 startups, and learned that standing out isn't about following AI trends but solving real problems. Our hardware-based visitor management solution turned heads in a sea of digital-only offerings. Key moment? When investors mentioned the market downturn, we flipped the script: "We're not in the saturated office space—we're transforming facility front desks, a growing sector."
