The power of 'WHO' in education transformation While diving into Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy's 'Who Not How,' I had an enlightening moment connecting their principles to my recent experience at the World Schools Summit, organized by the T4 Education team under Vikas Potas' leadership, along with the assistance of the leadership council, which I was honored to be part of. Here's what struck me: Who are the real catalysts behind meaningful school or systems transformation? The answer lies in our 'WHOs' - the passionate educators and visionary leaders who work shoulder-to-shoulder with a unified purpose. At SEK International Schools, we're intentionally investing in these WHOs -because we know that developing exceptional talent directly translates to enhanced student success. This message resonated powerfully across various panels at the summit: ultimately, a school's/system's success is about its people and the power of collective work. It's not about individual achievements but rather what we can accomplish together. The key is ensuring we have WHOs who are builders—team members who contribute positively to our shared vision rather than those who might undermine our collective progress. The right people aligning with our mission and values are crucial for sustainable growth and a positive school culture. School/system leaders: What strategies are you using to identify and develop the 'WHOs' in your educational community? #SEKinternationalSchool#worldschoolssummit#t4education
