🚀 From Medical Representative to Co-Founder: Embracing the Journey 🚀 Hi LinkedIn Family, I'm Sorabh Pandit. In 2003, I began my career as a Medical Representative with Anglo French Drugs and Industries Limited. Fresh out of college, I was eager yet unsure of what the future held. Today, I am proud to share that I am the Co-Founder of Fulspire and the Marketing Head of Aadi Health Care! 🎉 Here are three key lessons I've learned on this incredible journey: Resilience is Everything: In the face of rejection and tough competition, perseverance is key. Building Relationships: Genuine connections with colleagues, mentors, and clients have been instrumental in my career growth. Your network is indeed your net worth. I want to thank everyone who has supported me along the way. Developing Leaders at Every Level: Know your worth. Know who to listen to. Block out the noise and keep moving forward. You got this…
Who is it to say you’re not good enough?... Applied for a sales role -> “but you’ve not done sales before” Applied for MSL role -> “You’re not a medical doctor, nor do you have a PhD” Thinking about career transition -> “How sure are you about the next move?” These questions made me feel inferior and small. But, I cannot allow the story end like that... 🍀 I achieved my sales target with 1 month to go before year-end closing 🍀 I revived a deadlock project that helps to accelerate diagnostic testing capability for rare disease patients in Malaysia 🍀 Shared my career aspiration during IDP discussion, I’m an accredited Insights practitioner and HRDC-certified trainer now Was it easy? No What keeps me going then? Begin with a belief What’s next? Persist until the end You, my friend, are good enough. Use your actions and results to silence those voices. 🌟 Don’t give up on your dream 🌟 💖 p.s. What's your dream?

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮. "I pride myself on being different". My mentor uttered those words when we were field reps at Pfizer. Extremely successful and well-regarded, he was a bit quirky at times and it worked for him. Medical and clinical customers LOVED him. Enamored with his freedom to be so genuine, I eventually embraced his words and made them my own. Soon enough, my more authentic self was winning awards as well. And I developed courage to take chances with my career. I developed experiences I could not have foreseen... ✔Former pharmaceutical sales rep later ending up as a biotech HR director? Check. ✔Former head of the Organizational Development department now teaching Organizational Behavior at my local university? Absolutely! ✔Former CME/CHE manager currently working to enable internal customers after previously supporting external clients? You bet! My career has been a wild ride and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Over the years, I've had the privilege to witness firsthand the incredible transformation within the supply chain management landscape. Our globalized world demands proficiency, innovation, and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in supply chain operations. This demand has sparked a newfound interest in supply chain management as a promising and dynamic career choice. Historically, the supply chain sector has lacked specialized academic programs, making it challenging for aspiring professionals to gain knowledge on the subject. Fast forward to today, and universities across the globe are increasingly introducing specialized courses in supply chain studies, signaling a significant shift towards recognizing its importance and potential. At Nahdi Medical Co., we work toward bridging the critical gap between academic learning and real-world application. Our commitment goes beyond training; we aim to invest in the future professionals of the supply chain industry. To those considering this vibrant career path, I say: the opportunities are boundless, and the impact you can make is substantial. #SupplyChainManagement #Pharmaceuticals #CareerDevelopment #NahdiMedicalCo

How to Be Promotable As a pharmacist aspiring to work as a medical representative, I’ve been on a quest to understand what makes someone promotable. While I don’t have extensive personal experience yet, I’ve gathered insights from many seasoned professionals in the field. Here are key points they’ve shared: 1. Demonstrate Initiative: • Show your willingness to go above and beyond. Volunteering for additional responsibilities and proactively identifying areas for improvement can set you apart. 2. Continuous Learning: • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements. Pursuing relevant certifications and attending workshops can showcase your commitment to growth. 3. Build Strong Relationships: • Networking within your organization and the industry is crucial. Cultivating relationships with colleagues, mentors, and industry leaders can open doors to new opportunities. 4. Exhibit Leadership Qualities: • Even if you’re not in a formal leadership role, demonstrating qualities like decision-making, problem-solving, and team collaboration can highlight your potential for higher positions. 5. Deliver Consistent Results: • Consistency in meeting and exceeding targets and maintaining high performance is a clear indicator of your reliability and capability. 6. Seek Feedback and Act on It: • Regularly asking for feedback from supervisors and peers and showing a willingness to improve can demonstrate your dedication to personal and professional development. These insights have shaped my understanding of what it takes to be promotable, and I’m eager to apply them in my career as a medical representative. I’m enthusiastic about connecting with managers and leaders who value these attributes and can provide guidance or opportunities.
