After COP29, there has been a lot of debate on what climate justice really means. At our Reclaiming Climate Justice Summit held in October, we asked BIPOC climate leaders to envision what it means to them. Their responses were centred on the voices that are too often left out of global climate discussions – as climate spaces tend to focus on solutions without addressing the intersection of the climate crisis and various systems of oppression.
