Soluzioni Ingegneria-AgriSI as a partner of the meeting organized by FEDERACMA on issues related to funding and training in agriculture held in Noventa del Piave. 👉Soluzioni Ingegneria was invited to participate in the event promoted by FEDERACMA aimed at Machinery Traders and territorial ACMA members from the Triveneto area. We had the opportunity to perceive and firsthand experience the issues related to this sector. Firstly, it was emphasized that students completing their studies today are not adequately trained and will therefore need to be trained "on the job" once they enter the workforce. This entails a expenditure of time and energy (and therefore costs) for companies. The objective of our intervention was precisely to provide a response to this need through the AgriSI simulation platform, which is distributed in high schools for this purpose.
