A recent study in Food Quality and Preference highlights how AI-powered Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) techniques can significantly reduce interviewer biases, such as social desirability and acquiescence biases, often found in human-led interviews. By eliminating these biases, AI enables more accurate and honest responses from participants, paving the way for unbiased insights in sensory and consumer research. This aligns perfectly with what we're building at https://www.zavata.ai/ Our AI interviewers leverage cutting-edge STT and TTS technologies to provide a fair and unbiased interview experience for all candidates. There's a good chance your next interview might be conducted with AI. Employers commonly use advanced applicant tracking systems that leverage artificial intelligence to determine if you can perform the job based on your resume. Now, the latest trend is here: AI interviews. Although AI can't truly replace the effectiveness of a real human-to-human interview, some companies are opting to have you meet an AI machine instead of a human recruiter in the first interview. The machine analyzes your emotions, language patterns, and nonverbal communication. Do you like the idea of having your first interview with AI? Share your thoughts below.

AI won't replace you but someone using AI will... The next few job seekers who read this post will have the competitive advantage over someone not utilizing AI. If you're struggling to advance to the next round of interviews or not sure what these hiring managers are really asking for... I got you. 😏 Here's how you're gonna ace your next interview using AI (ChatGPT) Enter this prompt: I want you to act as a professional interview coach. I’m interviewing for this [role] position at [company]. Here is the job description[insert job description]. Can you create a table of frequently asked situational, behavioral, and open-ended interview questions a recruiter may ask me? Can you also provide answers in STAR format? This will give you a nicely formatted table, like the one below, on interview questions you can expect to receive based on the job description. Let me know if this was helpful in acing your next interviews. :)

I have a question for my network I've been thinking about. I see tools like https://www.heymilo.ai/ which allows a candidate to speak to an AI-recruiter. There are also, of course, many tools to help augment candidates and recruiters during interviews. So: where is this all going? Why wouldn't I use an AI trained with my voice to answer this AI powered interviewer? Then of course, why does this even matter? Should AI agents just do the jobs, and we skip the interview and employment altogether? I'd love to see what people have to say.
