I am writing to raise a concern about my recent experience with order ID #189586795837077 placed at Potful Biryani. I am extremely disappointed with both the delay in delivery and the unprofessional handling of my queries by your support team. After waiting for over an hour for my order, I reached out to customer support. Initially, I was assured that the order would arrive in 5 minutes, even though the delivery partner was visibly not moving. When I tried to contact support again, the representative, Rubayat, started providing automated responses, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. She eventually asked me to email the support team and abruptly closed the conversation without any further assistance. To clarify, I do not hold the delivery partner responsible. He was simply doing his job, even though he was burdened with multiple orders. My primary concerns are as follows: 1.Unreliable Delivery Estimates: If the delivery partner is delayed or assigned multiple orders, I expect to be informed promptly. Inaccurate arrival times displayed on the app is misleading. 2. Quality of Customer Support: Rubayet's unprofessional behavior, from the automated responses to abruptly ending our chat, left me feeling unheard.

What a shame Swiggy rather than penalizing your restaurant partners cheating, you are taking the grunt on your customers? Order id 188986614447252, the items are incorrectly delivered and despite asking to get it exchanged with exact items, you are giving just 200 rs refund vs a full refund if the items can’t be exchanged! And your customer service is hopeless

Swiggy Here doing all gimmicks but you guys are ignoring the customers , pathetic customer service you guys do not take accountability, I ordered 15 pieces of wings but got only 10 . You guys took all the money but when I tried reaching out you did nothing I have proofs , I sent videos photos over chay the representative just closed the convo plus I emailed plus I tried calling no response . Consumer court is my last option now

Swiggy Dissappointed with Swiggy's customer service! It seems like all their focus is on advertising, but when it comes to resolving real customer issues, there’s no accountability. My food order worth Rs. 1059 was never delivered, and no one from the team has responded to my queries. Really frustrating experience!
