Fusion Strategy talks about leveraging datagraphs as main drivers and vectors for business transformation in the digital realm, including the connection between the non-digital world. And then fuses these realms strategically into a step by step approach towards enhanced multimodal networked value creation. Especially the thoughts on Fusion Solutions break a lot of new ground, with respect to for example the future back-approach of backcasting. Also enlightening to see is the fact Fusion Strategy stressed linear sequential progress while underlining the need for more contingent and rhizomatic approaches through experimentation, multi stage developments, balancing current and new workforce (and their skills) and ecosystem thinking and practice.
