Finding great people is challenging. I hear this from employers all the time, so to those in my network whose organizations are hiring in the corporate strategy space, you are welcome in advance! The mechanics—those dreaded to do’s and action items—within a particular role in a particular workplace are all teachable. Character is not so easily learned. Character matters. There is an “it” factor about my great friend and Tosa neighbor, Randall Plier, MBA. The focus of my research is on alternative fuels, specifically ammonia and hydrogen, and the impact they can have on creating a more sustainable shipping industry.
