It takes a conscious decision to be Vanilla ice cream and sound like everyone else, when you could be the much more exciting Raspberry and Chilli. Stand for something – what is at the core of what you do? What is your purpose? And share it, along with demonstrating actions you take. Stand against something – what do you want to change in your industry? What improvements do you want to make? Give your opinion. I put on my ‘ranty pants’ about those self-proclaimed experts and gurus who sell you a dream of yachts, promise to make you a 6/7 figure business in the next 10 minutes if you hand over £10k.
