Another year has passed, and doesn't it seem like the time is running faster and faster every year! Maybe it’s because we tend to achieve more. Time flies when you’re having fun and working with great colleagues! Despite the challenging market, we at Lindex Group have accomplished a lot this year. ❤ As for Lindex… We made excellent progress with our long-term investment in the new omnichannel distribution centre. The centre is up and running, and we’ll continue to scale out logistics through the new facilities during the first half of the year. This year, we continued digitizing Lindex stores and our supply chain. All these investments form a critical foundation for our growth and success in the coming years. And of course, at the heart of our business is our offering - both the assortment and the way it reaches our customers. The long-term strategy of Lindex stands strong. As stated in our financial targets, our long-term ambition is to reach 10 BSEK in revenue and maintain a sustainable profit margin to continue evolving our business. The new operating model is part of this strategy and a key enabler to reach our goals, always aligned with our higher purpose. Our future vision leads our way – as a global fashion company powered by the people of Lindex - who make it happen every day. Our strong togetherness will continue to be the strength we need to succeed. Hard work will be required, I know, but together we will embrace the unknown, navigate through changes, supporting and empowering each other along the way. We continue writing the Lindex story. 💚 And as for Stockmann… Our dedicated team continued implementing Stockmann’s customer-centric strategy throughout the year. The strategy builds on the Stockmann's purpose of being a marketplace for a good life. We continued to develop Stockmann’s customer-centric offering towards premium & luxury, and brought it to our customers through the strategically important omnichannel model serving our customers widely. The team succeeded in making improvements in the areas of operational and cost efficiency. As going forward, we are further leveraging digitalization and technology that will support us in many areas but especially in growing and strengthening Stockmann’s ever-important loyal customer base. And last but not least, when visiting the Helsinki department store this week, I was really pleased to see how the festive season elegantly yet warmly embraced Stockmann customers. Memorable experiences have been created by showcasing both trendy novelties and traditional classics, available in stores and online. I’m proud of the moments when our customers feel appreciated by us. In such moments, we have succeeded in delivering Stockmann’s customer promise a feeling that lasts.
