Saumya Jain insights highlight a crucial perspective in the AI conversation: while much focus is on job displacement, we should instead explore how AI will reshape human roles, especially in fields like healthcare. As repetitive tasks become automated, professionals can concentrate on strategic, empathetic, and innovative work—areas where human judgment is irreplaceable.
