The first word associated with Partnership is usually ‘Commission Rate’. Result → we see partnerships as more transactional rather than a long term growth opportunity. There are multiple types of partnerships that are possible. I just don’t understand why people are limited to a few of them… Some examples of partnerships that i personally have explored and implemented - 1/ Partnering with Thought Leaders, Influencers, Creators, and Ecosystem Players for speaking about you and your unique POV. 2/ Partnering with Service Providers and Consultants for upsell and cross-sell of opportunities along with social media posts exchange, feature in marketing materials and guest blogs. 3/ Partnering with Value Added Resellers and Affiliates with one time high commission and followed with standard revenue share (for 3 years). The LTV for reseller and affiliate is too high that they put this on priority. 4/ Partnering with other companies with complimentary offerings and customer / opportunity overlap to refer to each other and bring them to meetings with a help in consideration. This is done 1:1 lead exchange and directly involves partnership between sales teams. 5/ Partnering with other companies with complimentary offers to create a joint package or integrations for creating further value, retaining customers and increasing LTV. 6/ Partnering with community owners, newsletter authors, and podcasters to speak or mention your unique POV. 7/ Partnering with Customers to help with their personal and corporate brand in exchange for a strong recommendation to their network. 8/ Partnering with companies targeting the same ICP for joint marketing opportunities. By exploring these partnerships, you can build synergies which are much more than just the ‘commission rate’ exchange. Have you tried any of these? The process is simple… Reach, Talk, Explore, Test, and Measure Let me know your thoughts…

Last year I was able to attract clients for my marketing services here on LinkedIn. (without cold outreach) I’ve been using the social channels for a long time. Long ago a company found me talking about their product. They asked me to join their marketing team and the rest is history. Then in 2008 on Twitter a startup founder asked me to help him go to market. I am self-taught and proud of it. I love learning from others. There is so much free information! But last year I wanted to move more quickly. I had successfully gotten my business going, but I knew that I could do better. I needed help with sales. So last fall I joined a coaching program. It challenged me in a good way. It helped me see sales in a new way… that I could use in my business! I offer coaching but I’ve kept the program small and intimate to give the best experience. People say, the information is out here for free. Maybe. But it takes a lot of time to cobble together the parts. The best thing about coaching is that you get a view of the outcome and the path to get there. Then you take action in small steps that lead to the goal. My students get a fast path to getting leads and growing their business. I have a couple of open spots if you want the fast-track. Comment or send me a dm. — I offer marketing services and coaching for lead gen and brand building. Proven growth marketing approaches that are unique and fun! Getting more results with less. Gucci joins calls. She gives good advice.

Imagine a strategy that guarantees consistent lead: Would you plug in? Starting out, you were told that quality content was the ultimate goal. But is it? Imagine a football team entering the pitch without a strategy to win the match: →A strategy that moves the ball from the goalkeeper… →To the striker →And gets some scoring opportunities with each strike. →Even a goal or two. Isn't that why they train, right? Now, link that to your business… Content may win you a lead. But strategies win sales. Because all your moves are intentional. You have a strategy that naturally... And predictably direct the right people until they buy your offer. So, how can you do the same? 1- Define your target audience ↳Dig deep to know their desire ↳Know their pain and aspiration 2- Optimise your online presence ↳Position your LinkedIn profile ↳With what they desire ↳showing them the transformation they seek 3- valuable and relevant content ↳By adapting your message with their story ↳So it resonates with your audience and moves them. 4- Engagement and Nurture ↳Response promptly to inquiries ↳foster relationships through networking ↳And connections in your DMs 5- Continuous measurement ↳Find out what content resonates more with them ↳Do more of it ↳Rinse and repeat Are you hustling for leads as a football team without strategy? But only shows up for any matches... Or are you being intentional so that you naturally convert leads when they show up? This is your option. You know which to pick, right? P.S. If you found this helpful, feel free to share it with someone who needs it And follow me for more.

Partnerships and alliances can amp up your marketing game. Picture this: you've got your business, right? You're doing pretty well, but you know there's more potential out there, more customers to reach, more markets to conquer. That's where partnerships and alliances come in. Think about it like teaming up with other businesses or organizations that complement what you do. It's like a tag team in wrestling - you bring your strengths, they bring theirs, and together you're unbeatable. Imagine you're a small coffee shop, and you partner with a local bakery. You offer their pastries alongside your brews, and they do the same with your coffee in their shop. Suddenly, you're tapping into each other's customer base, expanding your reach to a wider audience. Or how about teaming up with influencers or other brands in your industry? You know, those folks with a big following can shine a spotlight on your products or services. It's like getting a stamp of approval from someone your potential customers already trust. But it's not just about reaching more people. It's also about credibility. When you partner with reputable businesses or organizations, you borrow some of their trustworthiness. It's like vouching for each other in the eyes of your customers. So yeah, partnerships and alliances? They're not just a nice-to-have in marketing; they're a must-have if you want to take your business to the next level. It's all about working smarter, not harder and building connections that make everyone stronger. #partnership #alliances #marketingcollaborations

𝟵𝟵% 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀.... But only 1% are selling their services. If you're here to build a business, you need more than the metrics. You need trust, engagement, and real solutions. Here’s how to shift from chasing likes to selling value: 1. Focus on solutions → Stop talking about problems, start delivering outcomes. 2. Build relationships → Trust = Revenue. 3. Create more MOFU content → Engage at the middle of the funnel, where the decisions are made. 4. Help first, pitch later → Offer value up front, and the sales will follow. Your audience doesn't care about: - Your likes - Your follower count - Your bank balance They care about SOLUTIONS. Nobody needs another problem to deal with. They want someone who can fix their existing problems. By shifting your focus to solutions, you’ll build trust, credibility, and sales. 📊 Are you making data-driven decisions in partnerships? 💡 You’ll be more competitive if you do. Here are 5 ways to start: 1️⃣ 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 What do you know about your supporters, followers and donors? Are you skewed female or male? What age range does the majority of your supporters sit in? How educated and affluent is your audience? Can you drill down into the granular detail of who you have? Who else might be interested in talking to your audiences and why? 2️⃣ 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 If you have a predominately young male metro-based audience then Sportsgirl probably isn’t the best fit, unless they are releasing a male range of clothing. Analyse your existing audiences and make informed decision about who might also be interested in a similar audience. 🎯 3️⃣ 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 What measurements of success are your partners tracking? Do you know if there has been an increase in sales, web traffic, footfall, social engagement, staff engagement etc.. These are all measurements that are outside of your control but you can ask your partners to share the results of what they’re tracking. Even better, include it in the partnership MOU/ contract so you both monitor the success of your partnership. 📈 4️⃣ 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 Use the data you collect during a partnership to present a case study on how your partnership is driving business success. What was the uplift in staff engagement scores? Have the products associated with you outstripped sales of other products? How much media did the partnership generate? In the partnership between Target and the Australian Childhood Foundation, all associated products have sold out. 💥 5️⃣ 𝗣𝗥 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 How many pieces of media did your organisation generate? What’s the associated PR value of that? What mastheads did you feature in? What media have you been able to generate for your partners? They do tend to love PR and media so get your stats to wow them. 📰✨ 👍 Hit like if data informs your partnership strategy. How else are you using data to make smart partnership decisions? If you’d like to know more about developing your partnership strategy, about who are the right partners for your organisation or just generally want to learn more about partnerships. Then ta da… we wrote our book for you 📚 Just google our book title Partnerships Reimagined as it’s available in a few places, including on our website. There is a big opportunity in corporate partnerships. Let's be smart and strategic about how we go after.
