Headspace 💆🏽♀️ Ironically, something we must carve out... Scheduling time. And allowing ourselves to let go of time. Feeling no pressure to perform. Stepping out of the rat race. To move at our own pace. But how do we do that in a world full of distractions? By listening to our needs. What works for others may not work for you. Choose an activity, choose an environment. Be consistent and adjust where necessary. Keep trying until you find what works for you. There's no right or wrong, just the action itself. Yet, it remains challenging. Becoming aware of your inner restlessness. Unlearning habits and patterns. Letting go of yourself and surrendering to moments of silence. It's a constant practice and balance. To dare to prioritize yourself. But it's anything but selfish. Because if you don't make space for yourself, how will you do it for your loved ones? Everything begins and ends with us. If you haven't taken a moment today, turn to yourself and ask, "What do I really need right now?" Take that moment.
