We're truly living in transformative times, with cloud and AI poised to revolutionize patient care delivery. But I also know that with great opportunities come great challenges, especially for the IT leaders driving this change. As CIOs and Chiefs of Nursing, you're caught right in the eye of the storm! ➡ On one side, you have to modernize aging IT systems and infrastructure to unlock new efficiencies. Juggling complex tech transitions while ensuring zero disruption to critical care services is no mean feat. ➡ On the other, you need to upskill your teams with the latest cloud and data competencies. Driving cultural change across diverse workforces scattered globally is a massive change management exercise.
