📢 I'm really proud to share our 12 Month RAP progress as we continue to transform our reconciliation efforts and amplify Indigenous voices. This enterprise wide roadmap enables and embeds sustainable changes in our ways of doing; 🎯 Culturally informed and collaborative practices and frameworks with an understanding of UNDRIP and 'best practices'. 🎤 Establishing strong Indigenous governance to encourage 'voices' across the enterprise. 🤝 Creating partnerships with Indigenous communities, artists, businesses and fostering understanding for our customers. 🎓 Codesigning early career pathway programs to increase talent retention and building cultural capability of our leaders and workforce. 📝 Transparency of our RAP performance scorecard visible and accessible across the enterprise. As chair of APG's RAP Implementation Working Group, achieving this milestone is a collective outcome. We have much to do and in the coming weeks will commence our FY25 strategy leaning into further operational and educational embedment of our commitments. At APG we are focused on retaining our talent and increasing Indigenous leadership, amplifying voices, respectful engagement with community, thriving supply chain diversity and education through advocacy over the next 12 months.
