Where will the next wave of change-makers come from? This year, as a Visiting Guest Entrepreneur at University of Westminster, I had the privilege of supporting emerging leaders determined to make their mark. ✨ At the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 and 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁, final-year MSc Entrepreneurship and BA Business Management with Entrepreneurship students pitched creative solutions to real-world challenges. Their ambition wasn’t just inspiring, it offered a window into a future led by purpose-driven leadership. ✨ In the 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺, ideating with students on real-life client challenges at DEFY Brands | B Corp; watching students connect theory to practice, delivering impactful solutions with clarity made it clear the next generation of leaders are boldly ready to drive meaningful change. ✨ 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 final-year MBA students in Business Management and Marketing has been equally rewarding seeing them transform from curious idea generators into confident, strategic thinkers ready to navigate the entrepreneurial world - uncovering the greatness already within them. These experiences reaffirm that education isn’t just about sharing knowledge; it’s about creating catalysts for change.
