Is Your Operations Team Stuck with a Tough Deadline? Here's how you can make it fun! Not long ago, we found ourselves facing a tight deadline for a major priority task. But instead of letting the pressure take over, we decided to infuse a bit of fun and creativity into the process. Enter the "Bhagam Bhag" tournament – a three-day race against time, where the focus was not just on hitting our targets but surpassing them with enthusiasm and team spirit. We split our 22-member team into five smaller teams, each with their own targets based on team size. Over the course of three days, we saw incredible performances and new heights of motivation, with the "Winner of the Day" and "Man of the Day" being recognised daily for their outstanding efforts. This tournament didn’t just help us meet our deadline; it showed us that sometimes, adding a bit of friendly competition can bring out our true potential. In the end, I’m thrilled to announce that we successfully met our deadline for the priority task! 🎉 🏆 Team of the Tournament: Transformers – What a stellar performance by this team! As someone who is a passionate Manchester United fan and work with clients with sports market research data on a daily basis it is difficult for me to see my once great club fall so far in the last decade since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club!
