If you aren't pulling data into something even an Excel or Google Sheet and mapping what you're doing, which of the 19 marketing channels you're using how do you know what's what? I'm not a diehard on what gets Measured gets Managed, because it's not that straight forward, but certainly your campaigns and channels should be measured. The whole point of A/B testing is better A, better B. Finally Andrew Chen coined the Law of Shitty Clickthroughs, which in essence says sooner or later market saturation will kill all channels at scale when they are the only thing used. Focus is great until you stop measuring that what worked 3 years ago doesn't work anymore. Even content creation ( that we, ahem.. use as our key channel ) is starting to get full. How many AI posts you seeing each day on your feed? So using other channels that are less used to funnel people to the content for instance that we use is a critical component. What are you using to measure what you're doing in finding, attracting and creating leads and customers?
