Stop working harder. Start working strategically. It's not about superhuman abilities. It's not about sleeping 4 hours a night. It's about mastering the hours you have. Here's how top CEOs maximise their 24 hours: 1. The Power Hour Priority: ↳ Start with high-impact tasks first  ↳ Focus on what moves the needle  ↳ Handle strategic work when your mind is freshest 2. Master Delegation:  ↳ Delegate to others' strengths ↳ Focus on decisions only you can make  ↳ Trust your team to grow through responsibility 3. Strategic Time Blocking:  ↳ Guard your peak performance hours  ↳ Create untouchable focus time  ↳ Batch similar tasks together 4. Meeting Minimalism:  ↳ Every meeting needs a clear purpose  ↳ Keep them short and focused  ↳ If it could be an email, make it one 5. Technology as a Force Multiplier:  ↳ Automate the routine  ↳ Streamline your systems  ↳ Let tech handle the repetitive 6. The Power of No:  ↳ Set boundaries  ↳ Protect your time like it's money  ↳ Filter opportunities through your goals 7. Strategic Breaks:  ↳ Rest is part of productivity  ↳ Short breaks boost performance  ↳ Quality downtime enables quality uptime Time management isn't about doing more. It's about achieving more with less. You have the same 24 hours as every CEO. It's how you use them that counts. ♻️Share these insights with someone who needs to work smarter, not harder. 🔔Follow Luke Tobin for more leadership and productivity strategies.

I struggle to call it time management, Luke. We need a new phrase. Traditional "time-management" is only designed to give you more things to do.  That's why the automate, delegate, and eliminate mindset makes more sense. You don't want to manage your time to do more, you want to manage your time to have the option to do less.

This looks like a great outline for mastering time and productivity based on how top CEOs optimize their days! It's about working smarter, not harder, and maximizing efficiency. If you're thinking of sharing this with others, you can tailor these steps to different professional scenarios to ensure the advice resonates with the specific audience. How do you plan to use this, or would you like help tweaking any of the points for a particular context?
