It’s always up to me. Take ownership. Reflect on what’s working. Try new things But don’t give up.
Subrata Kabiraj I have been feeling the same. It is scary. We have normalised the stress and the discomfort caused by the ups and downs of business. I am working in my own mindset to be able to survive and then thrive. It is never easy and hence majority ho for jobs. Yet my message is to remember why we started and the big goal in mind. And work through our own doubts and fears
Absolutely, Subrata Kabiraj. Your insightful perspective on the realities of the business world is thought-provoking. It's crucial to shed light on the dark side and promote integrity, transparency, and ethical behavior. This will certainly pave the way for a more responsible and resilient business environment. Thank you for sharing such an impactful message.
Agree Subrata, its time for each of us be accountable for business, timelines, any form of wastages, rework, lethargy either before us after us, beside us in the ladder(to indicate if not right to peers) to bring in that envisaged transformations.
Absolutely Subrata, business can be a force for good, but accountability & ethics are crucial. Let's shine a light on positive change & inspire more responsible practices.
Up's and down's are part of the business? Can Up's be maintained? Can the steoreotypical ways of business norms be challenged?
I know you really mean it through your post Subrata Kabiraj. Overlooking people's well-being when business is not doing good, should definitely not be normalised.
