"How many apprenticeships should I apply for? “🤔🤔🤔 This question has been up for debate recently. Here’s my honest advice… 🎯I made 15 in applications in total and it worked for me. But that doesn’t mean this number can be applied universally. 🫵🏻Some candidates might apply to just a handful of apprenticeships and receive multiple offers, while others may submit dozens and hear nothing back. Each candidate's skills and experiences are unique, shaping their individual chances of success. 📈It's not simply a case of 'the more, the merrier.' Overloading on applications can sometimes lead to a compromise in quality. In my humble opinion, focusing on quality over quantity is key. However, be strategic: apply sustainably, reusing and refining parts of your applications where applicable. 🙌🏼I wish everyone the best of luck in these upcoming months. The journey is challenging, but it's incredibly rewarding once you get there. Embrace each stage of the process, as these experiences are invaluable in themselves. #apprenticeship #solicitor #degreeapprentice #applications

4moCompletely agree with this. It's better to do fewer better quality applications rather than lots of generic ones. Put some thought into which ones you choose to apply to and try to make these applications targeted.
