Hey HubSpot nerds, I've just uploaded a new video on managing expansion revenue to Arrows YouTube channel. This was a missing section from one of my most popular “Steal This” workflow videos last year on automating renewals in HubSpot. I really wanted to round out the guide and make sure it covers everything you need to know to manage the full revenue lifecycle. In this video I’ll take you through: 🤔 deciding where to manage expansions 🏷 using pipeline tags to visually identify revenue types 📈 reporting on revenue closed each month by type It’s a nice extension of the existing guide to renewals that already covers: ⌛️ creating a dedicated renewal pipeline with time-based stages in HubSpot 🤝 automatically creating new renewal deals when sales deals close ⚡️ creating subsequent renewal deals after the first year 💨 moving deals through your pipeline automatically based on days to renewal 📊 reporting on closed revenue by type and renewal year Obviously the original guide itself was created last year, but I absolutely stand by the approach and hope it can help people even with all the new updates in HubSpot! https://lnkd.in/egUn28Fe
