2dDear Stripe Support Team, Since October 15, my account with Stripe has faced significant issues. I used Stripe to process five payments from Mr. Robert Way (CC'd here) for vacation packages, some already delivered, others pending. On October 15, I received an email labeling my account as high-risk and promising refunds to cardholders. I promptly sent all requested documents, but despite my compliance, I was notified of a suspension, with refunds promised within five days. Today is November 6, and neither I nor the original cardholders have received the funds. This delay is causing severe financial and reputational damage, as suppliers are threatening legal action and clients doubt my reliability. My payouts keep being delayed, with no funds deposited to date. I respectfully urge immediate action to either deposit the funds or refund the cardholders.
