I've been fortunate, I've been able to build trust fairly quickly with, with, with people. I come in contact with them. I'm honest, I'm willing to work hard. I, I think I'm humble, which is maybe means I'm not humble, but, but you know, the, the, the, the take is I'm always listening and self evaluating and in that sense I hear and, and try to act on what, what people share with me. So, so I think I've just my, my natural way of being receptive, but also giving, I go out of my way to help the people that. I'm, I'm, I'm associating with and, and sometimes there's a natural reciprocity of a relationship. And I hate to call it transactional because it never is, but when you're, when you're willing to give, it's amazing how much more comes back to you. And, and that's really been been a natural trend. And I would encourage everybody to, to find those trustworthy kind of relationships, nurture them and that they, they become mutual learning experiences if you're, if you're really open to it.

Rather than putting pressure on yourself to "fill" your weaknesses, just outsource those tasks to someone who is GENIUS at those things. Sometimes you might even be great at those things, but it's still worth outsourcing if your focus should be elsewhere - hint 👀 - on $MONEY-MAKING$ activities. So, what's the driver in your business? What can ONLY you do that makes your business grow?
