With experience in the Edtech & Accessibility industry, I can say with confidence how important and critical it is for digital tools to be accessible ASAP. All students and educators NEED equitable access. With the recent DOJ ruling, "[d]epending on [the] population size, school districts and state and local governments have until April 2026 or April 2027 to ensure their web content and mobile apps comply with Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1." When we discuss DEI, remember, accessibility should always be a part of the conversation. #Edtech #Accessibility #DOJ #DEI #WCAG #VPAT
