What to do when self work brings self criticism? Self work and introspection can lead us to be hard on ourselves. When we examine our strengths, we also unveil our weaknesses. Nicole Diehl recommends whenever this feeling hits you to channel a teammate who is especially good at your weakness. This strategy is effective because it gives yourself an example of how someone would handle a certain task that may seem daunting or unfamiliar to you. In a similar way, when you bring awareness to your strengths, you can better understand and explain the value in your strategies for completing certain tasks to your teammates. In the below episode, I unravel the complex terrain of toxic relationships and their hidden opportunities for self-discovery. Recognising someone as toxic often mirrors our own internal conflicts, inviting us to embark on a profound journey inward. I propose seeing these challenging interactions as gifts, urging us to probe deeper into our psyche, identifying and transforming the unresolved issues that draw us into such dynamics. It's a call to shift our focus from external blame to internal healing, recognising our emotional responses as guides towards self-awareness. This approach doesn't just empower us to navigate toxicity with grace but also opens the door to becoming the most authentic versions of ourselves. Delve deeper into transforming your relationships and embracing self-growth on Amit Bhalla - Transform Into Your Best, and let's journey together towards unlocking our true potential.
