Today I got asked: 'What's the most difficult part of you job?' I can honestly say, having worked for companies large and small, and being restricted to how a company can perform to a customer... now at LENSON SELECT (U.K.) LIMITED the buck stops with me... from making transactions easy, fulfilling orders and ensuring on time delivery, building relationships to the point when trust is formed, but also knowing that as a company we exceed every expectation I set. The hardest point for me, is the initial discussion with a potential new customer, who has heard the whole, we won't charge carriages, late cut-offs, orders will be complete from every sales rep previously to be let down.... but quite simply we will not let you down... my word is my bond, and the number of new customers over the last year shows how incredible we at Lenson work, to show what true customer service is. The word is spreading... make the call 0121 553 6699 and joint the movement and embrace our world class customer service.

Customer Support: How I overcame my own frustration and learned from Bernard! Our client Canugo Ltd asked us to do background checks on their drivers. 3-2-1-GoCheck was not built with "drivers" in mind as candidates. Bernard a potential driver sent a message indicating the "link" was not working at 8:45 pm and Luke from Canugo Ltd sent a message shortly after confirming Bernard was needed for a job ASAP. Rather than use our automated support process to help Bernard I elected to have a call with him straight away. "It's not working" was the opening statement where mine to myself was "**** I wished I had used the time to update Dynamics so I can kick off our next sales campaign." I buried my biases and frustrations and ended up leaving the call with Bernard with the following: 1. No tech solution will ever trump an actual conversation 2. Great solutons are enablers for the able and disabled, old and young; 3. 3-2-1-GoCheck just got a lot better as company because of Bernard For all the Bernards in the world - keep on being amazing! Nurup - Senior Doer 3-2-1-GoCheck

Really sadened and dejected by Furlenco experience. They typically have 0 customer experience. I ordered a sofa and tv, only because they should delivery by 12th feb. No order came and when i waited 20 min on wait, they just told me it was some truck issue. 4 days have passed and order has not come yet. They will give you 1 call and if you miss they will shift the date by 2 days. first an automated call comes, then a delivery person call then a warehouse call. So many calls for just one confirmed delivery. If you miss one call, product is not coming. I caution my connection to beware of this Furlenco renting company as all these intracies are not informed while purchase. i already lost one of my office days, waiting for them. Better to not getting in their trap. please beware PS. if you want to do a purchase, they have 10+ folks and customer support. Once you purchase, Furlenco will leave you high and dry with 0.0000 Customer support #patheticExperience #Hatefurlenco

As a former Police Officer turned sales rep, I’ve learned one thing for sure: Good customer service is all about de-escalation. Back in my police days, I handled high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor. Now, I handle customer objections the same way. When a client says, ‘This is too expensive,’ I say, ‘I understand. Let’s talk through this and find a solution, no need for a citation.’ (Empathy goes a looong way!) Think of de-escalation as a way of "serving and protecting" - Your customers will appreciate it. #CustomerService #Sales #thinblueline

Overcoming Challenges in Sales and Support. How I Turned a Near-Cancellation into a Loyal Customer. A few months into my role at Crystal Thrift Clothings, I received a frantic call from a customer ready to cancel a large order due to a delayed delivery. It wasn’t our proudest moment, but instead of panicking, I saw an opportunity. What did I do? I listened to their concerns, apologized, and immediately coordinated with our logistics team. Within 24 hours, the customer had their order and an unexpected thank-you card. That single act not only saved the sale but turned them into one of our top repeat buyers. Sometimes, it's not about the problem but how you resolve it that builds trust. Have you ever turned a tough situation into a win? Please share your story below. #SalesAndSupport #SalesRep #CustomerSupportRep #Opentowork

That face you make when you aren’t able to service the customer like you’d hoped 👇 We’ve all been there…something goes on major backorder, good ole technology shortcomings that prolong shipping, or just expectations not quite being met. Whatever the case, what matters most is how you handle the situation. I’ve seen reps run and hide until things blow over. I’ve also seen reps who are proactive and honest with customers. It’s our job as salespeople to own how service is delivered to our customers, whether we delivered it or not. Take extreme ownership of the situation by staying in front of your customers, don’t lie or make excuses, just be honest. Trust is built through difficult times. Honesty and urgency create loyalty 🙏

the more of a ASSET you are to a customer, you have a better chance of winning that business. BUT alot of factors always play a big role. 1. representation 2. know your services you offer 3. build a great relationship with that customer. 4. be fair and give a fair price. 5. close the deal 6. ALWAYS be there for that customer 100% of the way. i was told the other day im not good enough for sales or operations. but maybe 1 day someone will see my potential and see what i can do and accomplish...

You have brought out the essence of what makes Huntswood special, Justin Aldrich. Senior Executives from the client-side, such as Martin Dodd Patrick M. Helen Maslin Kerry Sharkey Bryan James Putt, who have walked in the client’s shoes - seen the proverbial whole elephant - at organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, Monzo, Santander, Metro Bank, TSB. Who are now sitting together, as one team, to put that experience to good use - to try and create a better outsourcer. Someone who sits a bit more on the client side, understands what they really need, and is maniacally focused on using that understanding to deliver what matters most to the client - Results - in a pragmatic, measured, and risk-aware manner. They say it is not just the what, and the how, but most importantly, the why. It’s great to be a part of this team that is helping us at ResultsCX better understand the why.
Spending time in Glasgow with the amazing team at Huntswood. We support some incredible brand names across multiple verticals - everything from complaints handling, regulatory, advisory, customer service and outbound customer acquisition. Ive spent the last 25 years+ of my life in contact centres around the world - today one thing really stood out for me........... The number of key people within our business who have come from the client-side. This means that they understand your business, they know how to react, they have a deep knowledge of the consequences of our actions for your business and for your customers - because they have walked in your shoes. If you want to find out how we can help your business and, ultimately, your customers then talk to us. Check us out at www.huntswood.com, part of www.resultscx.com #Customeroutcomes #BPO #Experience
