Steve, there is nothing more accurate. Day in and day out I try and get people to stop "announcing" and start communicating. When you said "Demonstrate expertise in what you do, passion for who you do it for, and why it all matters" is EXACTLY right. I always say your content has to pass the "so what" test. Make sure people understand why it all matters.
