It's conference season and we have so many customers using interactive demos at events/conferences in various ways. If you are looking to use these interactive demos across multiple channels, such as events, make sure you have a vendor/partner that doesn't leave you hanging on the strategy and execution. A few ways companies are leveraging these at events: - Autoplaying on a tv - Click through via an interactive display - Sales rep walking someone through on a tablet or laptop - QR code on a leave behind for folks to take with them And the type of tours and how you track will differ based on the approach. For our own event strategy it's taken experimentation to figure out the right tours to show and when and how to show them that will be most effective. "Our pipeline ghosts post-demo" or "Our biggest drop off happens after demo" This is what I hear from about 75% of the companies I have discovery with. They have a major stopgap at discovery and demo stages. Why? I'm about to dive into what may be causing your prospect to go dark and what you can do during your demo (proposal/recommendation) to keep your buyer intrigued. Rumor has it that 75/100 seats have already been taken for this workshop on Thursday 5/23 at 12PM MST/2PM EST. 127 second video to STOP sending people to sleep on demos + Better qualification!! Align on the technical decision criteria as per #MEDDICC If you can't get it all out on the discovery call then book in a technical alignment call before a demo! This will be the difference between you: ❌ Running a product training VS ✅ Showing them how you will solve THEIR problem P.S. If you can't align or influence the criteria, then it might be worth walking away.

But people often spend a bit of time finding which part of the board they’re supposed to be in. No more! ✋ On Butter, you can define ✨exactly✨ where on your board you want your participants to land when they enter their breakout rooms, which experience buttery smooth for them. 🧈 How? When you set up your Breakout Rooms, you can fully customize the setup for each breakout room. You can specifically set up Room 1 to open up on the same board but at a different Frame from where Room 2, 3, or 4 opens up. Try this when you set up for your next breakout session!
