[AML News] Law Firm Fairbrother & Darlow have been fined £16,000 for AML failures that spanned across a six year period. The firm fully cooperated with the Solicitors Regulation Authority who completed an extensive investigation. While the SRA acknowledged significant harm wasn't caused, they felt the fine was the appropriate sanction to give and the firm themselves took responsibility for their actions.
