President, U.S., Latin America, and Minerals & Metals, AtkinsRéalis

I am both proud and grateful for all that we’ve achieved at AtkinsRéalis across the United States and Latin America in 2024.  In the USA, we’ve made remarkable progress on projects that not only enhance infrastructure but also build resilience and sustainability for the future. ⭐ In New York City, our design-build project at Broadway Junction Complex will modernize a vital transit hub with accessibility upgrades, improved wayfinding, and cutting-edge BIM technology. ⭐ In Florida, we partnered with the Division of Emergency Management to support Hurricane Idalia recovery efforts, applying our expertise to rebuild stronger, more resilient communities. ⭐ In Georgia, we’re delivering critical infrastructure solutions and helping to shape the state’s first Resilience Improvement Plan to prepare for natural disasters. ⭐ In Puerto Rico, we’ve advanced hazard mitigation plans, integrating renewable solutions like microgrids and solar panels to create a more sustainable future. ⭐ Through our Minerals and Metals business we are supporting the global demand for critical minerals necessary for the transition to renewable energy solutions. We are successfully leveraging our end-to-end capabilities across the entire mining value chain to achieve a more sustainable future. ⭐ Across Latin America, we’ve deepened our roots in the region, working alongside partners to create meaningful impact and fostering an inclusive culture of excellence. This year, our Brazil team earned a Great Place to Work® certification for the second consecutive year, ranking in the Top 20 in Minas Gerais—a testament to the outstanding people who make #AtkinsRéalis a truly remarkable place to work. That feeling rings true across the region. Through internal surveys, more than 90 percent of employees told us they appreciate our positive work atmosphere, our leadership culture and that they are proud of where they work and would recommend us as an employer. Together, these accomplishments are more than milestones; they reflect the trust our clients place in us and the exceptional talent of our teams who bring their passion, innovation, and commitment to every challenge.  As we enter 2025, I am inspired by what we’ve achieved and energized by what lies ahead. Together, we are solving complex challenges, strengthening our presence across the Americas, and building a foundation for a sustainable tomorrow.    To our clients and partners, thank you for your confidence in us. To our incredible employees, your dedication and talent are the heart of AtkinsRéalis, and it is a privilege to work alongside you every day.    Here’s to another year of innovation, collaboration, and purpose. Together, we are #EngineeringaBetterFuture for our planet and its people. 🌎 #TogetherChangesEverything
