What is the data telling us? 75% of the EV’s listed on mfldirect last month were under £20,000 and 80% had ranges over 200 miles. These are the heartland vehicles that create a great selling opportunity for a used buyer interested in their first electric vehicle. I want to share a success story from an Infiniti store on the West Coast - our first use case for integrating favorable stocking grades and positive strategy actions directly into a dealership's CRM. This store faced a challenge: they needed to buy used cars but didn't have the resources to allocate human capital to the task. By pushing targeted opportunities directly into their CRM, we enabled their BDC to manage these engagements. The result? They're now buying five or six high-margin cars a month, with front-end profits of $2,000 to $4,000 per vehicle, plus additional finance profits. For this Infiniti store, the impact on the bottom line has been significant, proving that even small-scale solutions can lead to big profits.
