We've come a long way together here at Epicor over the last decade. I am grateful to our employees who have worked hard to ensure our products are the best in the industry. I also appreciate the culture we are building together that allows us to learn from our mistakes. Without the humility to see what isn't working (and what is) we would be in an entirely different place. Our customers have also been instrumental in helping us and guiding us in this journey to bring a world class product to market. We have been in the Gartner leader quadrant 2 years in a row and that is something to celebrate!
Yes Steve congratulations. A number of my clients are benefiting from having chosen Epicor, so well done to your team here in APAC. Alas many of us independents in the industry view Gartner (and their ilk) with an enormous amount of scepticism. Rankings more often than not relate to the value of spend by the company’s represented. This isn’t good for the industry in my humble opinion.
