Thanks for sharing. As concerns # 2 MIT Prof. Jay Forrester, Prof. Gilbert Probst and others have emphasized that management is a comprehensive, connective, and creative system. A global management system ensures the proper alignment of the various parts of the organization when tackling tumultuous times. My "The Five Forces of Enterprise" Kindle 2023 proposes a simple and synergistic model of a global management system.

I deeply admire your dedication to discovering a ‘new management’ system. However, I’m concerned that this search might ultimately lead back to the rule of individuals over the system. History has shown us that, as humans, we often fall into the same patterns—where power and control take precedence, undermining the potential for genuine progress. In that sense, the movie El Hoyo serves as a powerful analogy. It portrays a dystopian world where resources are scarce, and people voluntarily imprison themselves in The Hole. Those at the top, much like those in positions of power, are fed first. Although the system is designed to provide each prisoner with just enough, those closest to the top often act with the greatest selfishness, hoarding more than their share and stealing from those below. This highlights how both human behavior and the systems they create continue to erode fairness, order, and civility. Perhaps the future of management isn’t about ‘managing’ in the traditional sense at all. It might be about cultivating empowerment. Instead of trying to control behavior, we could focus on fostering creative, dynamic, and supportive teams. We might even see the end of the man-age. https://roundmap.com/four-pillars/
