All those photo's are very similar to photos I've taken at buildings in CA. Same problems here, we just haven't had a building collapse yet.

Great for the repair side… Florida still needs to also address the concrete porosity / salt issue otherwise intrusion can create problems in other areas… or just wrap the whole building…
