This festive season, as I exchanged greetings with family and friends, I had many conversations around the recent launch of StockPatri. While it was exhilarating to celebrate the launch and the early milestones, it was even more gratifying to hear what people wanted from such a platform. Clearly, there are massive white spaces in the broader personal finance segment, despite the presence of several large and well-capitalized and over-funder players. And, this begs the question - What are the ingredients for innovation and disruption? While the jury is still out on that one, here is something that you can settle right now! We have put together few initiatives on our long term roadmap, in no particular order. Help us shape this roadmap by letting us know your feedback and suggestions in the broader personal finance space - long term investing, short term trading, algo trading, stocks, mutual funds, portfolio management, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, training and education, etc. Let us plan the chapters, as we begin to re-write our financial patri! You can share your thoughts here or in the linked form in comments! #StockPatri #PersonalFinance #Investments #Equities #MutualFunds

⏰ Time for Some Myth Busting! Private Equity often faces its share of misconceptions, and one of the most persistent myths is that PE investments always lead to company layoffs. It’s time to set the record straight. While it’s true that restructuring can sometimes be part of the strategy, the bigger picture tells a completely different story. Private Equity is about driving growth, strengthening teams, and creating value—not cutting corners. We turned to Deimante Korsakaite, Managing Partner at Invalda Baltic Sea Growth Fund and INVL Private Equity Fund II, to break it down: “While restructuring can sometimes be part of a growth strategy, PE firms often prioritize building strong teams, investing in talent, and fostering a positive company culture. In fact, PE-backed companies in Europe added over 451,000 new jobs in 2022—a 7.2% increase, far surpassing the 2% growth in the broader market. In line with this, INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund’s portfolio companies have generated over 630 net new jobs over the investment period, underscoring our commitment to sustainable growth and workforce development.” The numbers don’t lie: Private Equity creates opportunities, builds businesses, and contributes to economic growth. 💼 #PEVC_Myth_Busters
