"If it's getting easy, plan to close your doors" I recently linked up with my buddy Jesse Wroblewski on the Strictly From Nowhere Podcast. We got on the topic of creating durable business practices, especially in the agency business where engagements are truly measured by performance indicators and results. One of the things I have come to realize over the years is, if business is getting easier, you are not hustling. Plain and simple. Business should not get easier. It should get more efficient, more profitable, more valuable, and clearer in focus, but it shouldn't get easier. Easy implies a reduction in labor. Easy implies a reduction in pipeline.
