In January, we took a moment to measure the heartbeat of our company - our incredible team. The results from our Employee Engagement survey are in, and they are overwhelmingly positive! 🔹 A fantastic 94% of our 46 strong team feel satisfied with their roles and responsibilities. 🔹 92% feel supported by their managers, showcasing the strength of our leadership. 🔹 90% find the training and development opportunities we provide to be both adequate and valuable. 🔹 Our communication channels are hitting the mark with effectiveness, and a whopping 94% feel they can provide feedback to management effectively. But that's not all. We've discovered that what our team enjoys most about their work is the human connection - helping others, interacting with clients, giving back, watching people grow, and solving problems. It's not just a workplace here at Impact Life; it's a community where every individual is recognized for their contributions. We're more than just proud; we're inspired to keep nurturing this culture we've built together.
