This morning I revisited one of the tools we have built here at SQCDP.co.uk to calculate Return On Investment for a potential customer that has just a small team. We've done a lot of work with SME's and enterprise-level customers where efficiency savings are pretty high due to their accumulation of process waste and costs. Our app creates high value straight away for SME's and can be observed longer term with an impact on team engagement too. For smaller customers the ROI has to be clearer and this is why we offer trials in order to prove out the benefits within just a few weeks.
