A portion of a proceeded commitment to moving forward instructive results, we have seen mind-blowing victory in the hands-on learning activities bolstered by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) through its Corporate Social Duty (CSR) endeavors in the instruction division. As of late, we had the opportunity to upgrade the learning involvement for understudies at Govt. High School Sasan, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, by presenting imaginative science models that advance dynamic interest and more profound understanding. . One of the highlights of this activity is the presentation of the Coupled Pendulum models in the classroom. This hands-on show allows understudies to investigate the interesting standards of material science, particularly related to motions and vibrations. With these models, understudies can outwardly get a handle on the concept of coupled movement, where the conduct of two pendulums is connected, which is a center perspective of energetic frameworks in physics. . The classroom environment at Govt. High School Sasan saw an energizing change, with instructors effectively locking in understudies in talks about almost the science behind the coupled pendulum. This intelligent approach not as it were permits understudies to visualize complex logical standards but also enables instructors to receive more locks in educating strategies. By joining commonsense showings into lessons, teachers can bridge the hole between hypothetical information and real-world applications. . Our hands-on models, such as the Coupled Pendulum, have been demonstrated to improve comprehension and maintenance in understudies, particularly when they can be specifically associated with the materials. Through the utilization of these models, understudies are empowered to think fundamentally, inquire questions, and try diverse setups, which cultivates a more profound association with the subject matter. It’s energizing to see how the understudies at Govt. High School Sasan is grasping this approach, with numerous of them illustrating a more grounded get a handle on of the concepts. . https://lnkd.in/dK4KcmJb . . . #handsonlearning #educationforall #stemeducation #physicsintheclassroom #interactivelearning #innovationineducation #csrinitiative #teachingwithtech #educationalempowerment #futureoflearning #nationalpaymentscorporation #studentengagement #learningbydoing #scienceeducation #practicallearning #transformingclassrooms #edtech #teachingphysics #handsonexperiments #curiositydriven #studentsuccess #singrauli #mandla #madhyapradesh #csrindia #csreducationprograms #corporatesocialresponsibility #socialresponsibility #corporateresponsibility #csrinitiatives #csractivities #stemlearning

Quite painful to see what went out in IITG, where this young B.Tech student and "Future IITian" died by suicide. In my 4 years of DTU, at least two kids died by suicide on campus- maybe more, there was a conceited attempt from the administration to not let the word of this leak out, otherwise students would start protesting and media will be involved. Today, there are cages and springs in the fans of hostels of Kota to stop students from ending their lives- because obviously the fans are so damn tempting, one can not help but hang themselves with them. Youth Empowerment in this world seems to simply mean having doe eyed sets of "energetic" audience members that scream and applaud the half baked, poorly delivered lectures of dinosaurs whose one "power trip" in life is oppressing young marginalised students who have no option but to tolerate this nonsense. At least this is the system in most public engineering colleges that I have been to. There is a lot that engineering students in India have to go through while preparing for JEE- an exam where you- a 18 year old are running a rat race (mostly at the behest of adults telling you that exam is your only goal in life, against all the failures of the system that the adults have created) There are around Ten Thousand decent seats for roughly 1.4 Million Applications and you want to get the top 3000 ranks because those are the IITs that are branded enough to land you the high paying job that will make daddy finally proud of you. I don't speak about my experience with DTU on LinkedIn cause I think it will offend a lot of alumni who benefit from its inherent system of oppression, but as an engineering alum myself now, I feel like we should support these young students who are being pressured from all directions in all possible ways and are inflicted with mental pressures well beyond the breaking point of these tender ages. It's not their fault that the Universities instead of being a place of learning and creativity is just an echo chamber for CGPA and Placement package numbers. Students are the PRIMARY stakeholders of any University and everyone keeps talking at them instead of talking to them. Someone should really do something about it, because we are systematically killing one of the finest workforce that Indian state has invested in creating.
