9/10 conversations with SME founders need to be translated “We’re good. Clients keep coming in from referrals, income is steady and my team is rocking a solid routine” - means 👇 - plateaued income. - referrals as the only client lifeline. - KPIs stuck on “Make 100 calls/emails a day” mode without realizing they’re stuck in a rigged game. A game designed to keep them busy, but never ahead. Real sustainable growth doesn’t come from more effort. But from a shift in HOW you connect with your audience. From using content to do the heavy lifting for you. When your content reflects your values, experience and unique solutions, is when you start attracting enquiries, instead of blindly chasing them. Because smart content clearly says: - WHO you serve - WHY they should work with you - HOW you’re gonna solve their problems. Pulling in the right people, the ones who are ready, serious, and aligned with what you offer. - No more “just checking in” emails. - No more exhausting follow-ups to lukewarm leads. - No more wasting time on people who aren’t even sure what they need. Instead, your team spends their energy on what matters - converting warm, qualified prospects. The ones who already know who you are and WHY they need you. That’s where growth really comes from. Content is scalable. 100 calls aren’t. So the real question is 👇 Are you still stuck chasing, or is it time to let content do the chasing for you? *** Hi I'm Stella Šakić Don't be like Suzanne Give smart content a decent try.
I have the same conversation about websites Stella. “It’s fine. Most of my clients go to my website because of a referral and then hire me.” Okay, but what about the ones who went to your website because of a referral and DIDN’T hire you?
This is spot on actually Stella 👍 Many founders don’t realize they’re in that “busy but stuck” cycle. 💜 When content truly represents your brand, it acts as a magnet, bringing the right people to your door. Scaling through smart content is the way to break free from the grind.✌😊
Content is scalable - mic. drop. I could be offline for 2 weeks and still get enquiries. Without calling any stranger.
I'm just here for the image that made me pause and laugh thanks for that.
The stronger your inbound, the smoother your life as a founder. Learned this recently and been living more comfortably since.
It is ironic for founders that they work 24/7 and still can't convert leads or even attract them. The problem is in the quality of work, not the quantity of time. Stella Šakić
Your content can make you money even while you sleep. So, either work on your content or hire an expert, and the best one is my dude, Stella Šakić 🔥❤️
Thats a great point - so actually analyzing what we are doing, and focusing on quality
The Suzannes I know don't do that XD

2moStella Šakić Ah, the old "smile and dial" technique—where volume is king and efficiency gets laughed out of the room. Honestly, if you told me these folks were still cranking out calls on rotary phones while wearing polyester suits, I’d believe it. For them, it’s like the 80s never ended, and the goldfish bowl of cold calls is their entire universe. Their motto? “Why swim in the ocean when you can splash around in a stress-induced puddle of unrecycled water?” But me? Nah, I’m not about that life. Give me the whole ocean to swim in, let me cast my content far and wide. I’d rather have my content doing the heavy lifting, flowing freely across the globe, attracting people who actually want to be there, instead of sitting in that cramped little bowl, spinning my wheels on lukewarm leads. Because let's face it, chasing people who don’t even know they need you is like herding cats in quicksand. So yeah, I’m with you, let content do the chasing, while I’m out here enjoying the open water, sipping something tropical, and growing beyond the bowl.
