Earlier this month, our Chief Strategy Officer, James Ong, MBA, CPA, had the pleasure of sitting on the keynote opening panel of Japan Investors Forum 2024 in Tokyo. Together with his esteemed panelists, James discussed the strong fundamentals of Japan's economy. He shared that there is growing international interest in investing in Japan, not just due to the weak yen but because of the positive fundamentals. This interest is driven by the Tokyo Stock Exchange's efforts to improve capital efficiency, which will unlock value for Japanese companies and fuel further corporate governance reforms. TPC is poised to expand its investments in Japan, not just in real estate but also in operating businesses across the industrial and well-being sectors.
