Bengaluru-based AI healthcare startup Cloudphysician has secured $10.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners, alongside Elevar Equity and Panthera Peak. This milestone will drive Cloudphysician’s expansion within India and into global markets, including the US. Founded by Dr Dhruv Joshi and Dr Dileep Raman, Cloudphysician enhances ICU care with its AI platform, RADAR, which provides 24/7 specialized monitoring. The startup currently manages 2,400 ICU beds across 230 hospitals in India. “We aim to transform critical care delivery globally, leveraging AI to ensure high-quality care is accessible to all,” said the co-founders. Cloudphysician addresses the critical gap in ICU care in India, where skilled doctors and beds are limited.
