The solution fits well. ⚗️ Most experiments start with guesses. Few rely on research. Even fewer use extensive research. Building a startup is like investing. You try many ideas. Some succeed wildly. Not every product will impress customers. So, it's vital to review your idea. But don't overthink it, or you might miss out. Speed is key. It gives more chances to improve. Companies like Uber, Cred, and Zerodha have succeeded. But we only see their winning features. Many others didn't make the cut. ⚡️ This shows the true challenge in building products that attract customers.

Deciding where to work 🤔 Imagine you have offers to work at two different startups. Both offers are on par with each other. How do you decide which one to choose? My favourite way to frame this, and the advice I share with candidates in this situation, came from reading Paul Graham's RAQ’s ‘The one with the most determined and smartest founders (in that order) is the more likely to succeed.
